Preparing for the Services Selection Board (SSB) interview requires much more than academic knowledge. The SSB selection process is designed to assess a candidate's personality, leadership potential, decision-making ability, emotional intelligence, and officer-like qualities through a structured five-day evaluation system.

At SSB with ISV, we offer a comprehensive SSB coaching and interview preparation program designed to help aspirants understand the psychology behind the SSB selection process and develop the behavioural traits expected of future officers in the Indian Armed Forces.
Our structured mentoring program combines theoretical understanding, practical training, mock assessments, and personalised feedback to help candidates build clarity, confidence, and authenticity during the SSB interview.
With expert mentoring by professionals who understand the SSB assessment system, this program focuses on holistic personality development and officer-like qualities training, ensuring candidates are well prepared to face every stage of the SSB interview process.

1. Story writing practice and evaluation will be done daily.
2. All GTO theory sessions and practices will be conducted on VTX™ (Virtual Training Xperience) - India's first Virtual GTO Ground with ~250 structures of different difficulty levels. VTX™ is a proprietary asset of CS Joint Services Academy Private Limited, All Rights Reserved.
3. Mock interview is conducted on the date mutually convenient for the Interviewing Officer and the student.
4. The mock Psych test is a timed test that can be undertaken online at your own will. Link for the sPMe will be available on your SSB with ISV account. Upon attempting the test, you are required to upload your dossier on the portal. The Psych will give a firm date and time for 1:1 feedback after dossier assessment. The student needs to be present positively as per the sPMe. Please note that the students have to attempt the test within the 10 days of course completion so that the feedback can be scheduled at the earliest possible.
5. The Psych and IO theory sessions are subject to the availability of the assessors. At times, the theory sessions are shifted to different days within the course duration.
SSB with ISV focuses on authentic personality development rather than superficial coaching techniques. Our training philosophy is based on the principle of Manasa – Vacha – Karmana, emphasizing alignment between thought, communication, and action. Through structured mentoring, behavioural training, and realistic simulations, we help candidates develop the mindset and qualities required to succeed in the SSB interview and eventually serve as officers in the Indian Armed Forces.
